The NEW part has been changed and is no longer compatible with many older head models
The threaded section is now longer and will not fit into 3025, 3028, 3029, 3126 without modification. It still fits the hexgonal quick relelase plates.

The OLD part is the original part that fits: 056 ver 2, 056 ver 3, 056 ver 4, 056 ver 5, 115 ver 3, 115 ver 4, 115 ver 5, 128LP ver 6, 128LP ver 7, 128LP ver 8 without modifications.
