Non-warranty rates are $20 for the first 15 minutes, $1 per minute thereafter

Please have the order number, part numbers, or model numbers available for us. We charge for all support calls based on complexity. Some simple calls may be free. Long or technically complex calls will be charged and may have to be broken into separate calls if we need additional support information from you such as more photos. Not all Manfrotto products can be supported over the phone. Some models must be returned to the Manfrotto Factory Service Center for repair. Each situation is different.
