Repairs on Tripods, Heads, Monopods and More

We have several videos on servicing and repairing heads, Tripods, and other items. Always work in a clean, flat area and disassemble in order, laying out the parts sequentially - make reassembly easier - since everything is already in order. Be careful, some clamps and heads have springs that may pop out unexpectedly. Models or parts that say "Don't Try This At Home" are something that you should NOT try at home since it may involve dangerous components or specialist tools to disassemble or reassemble.

Tripod repairs

We charge $20 for the first 15 minutes, $1 per minute thereafter for labor on most repairs + parts that are needed + shipping.

Include your Name, Address, daytime or daytime phone number, and a description of what is damaged or needs to be repaired inside the box. Because of parts availability, or lack thereof, we cannot guarantee rush service or turnaround times.

Some repairs can only be performed by the Manfrotto repair technicians, and may have to be sent to a Manfrotto repair facility. Any items not listed on this site will be sent to Manfrotto. Repairs are usually quoted for complex or highly technical repairs. We are not an authorized Manfrotto in-warranty service department, those repairs will still may need to be sent to Manfrotto Distribution.

If you are having trouble repairing or operating your Manfrotto Product:

Please have the order number, part numbers or model numbers available for us. We charge for all support calls based on complexity. Some simple calls may be free. Long or technically complex calls will be charged, and may have to be broken into separate calls if we need additional support information from you such as more detailed photos. We cannot offer phone support at this time.

Some models must be returned to the Manfrotto Factory Service Center for repair. Each situation is different.
